If you want good quality meat at an all-you-can-eat KBBQ, that's what Seoul Meat does best! We ate at Seoul on a busy Friday night. You have to sign in on an iPad to get on the list to sit. The indoor waiting area is small, but luckily it was a nice night and there's lots of places to sit outside. We waited about 15 minutes on a busy night. Once seated, it's pretty loud inside, due to the concrete and the decor. The wife and I ordered AYCE meat and some sides. The service was very fast and attentive the entire night. As soon as we put in our first meat order, it was at our table in just a few minutes. You have two hours, which was more than enough time for us to cook plenty of meat and stuff ourselves. You can request up to three plates of meat at a time, and they don't give you too much so you don't feel like you're committing to eating a massive plate of meat if you want just one more plate. Everything came out extremely fast as soon as we ordered. The meat was great! We were hungry for beef, so we ended up ordering a variety of beef throughout the evening. We had the spicy brisket, brisket, marinated rib fingers, marinated short ribs, and truffle pork belly. Our favorite were the marinated rib fingers! It had a good flavor, and were very tender. The brisket was fine, you kinda know what you're getting there if you've been to KBBQ before. The spicy sauce on the spicy brisket was pretty good. The marinated short ribs were good, but they were cut a bit too thick for my tastes, so it made chewing through the fatty ribs a bit more of a chore. And finally, the truffle pork belly was also very good. They have a few different "flavors" of pork belly, which I suspect just has to do with the type of salt they put on it, as our truffle pork belly had truffle salt on it. All of the meat seemed pretty fresh, if it was previously frozen, I certainly couldn't tell. It is, at the very least, sliced freshly, as you can see them slicing the meat in the back. I've been to places where my brisket has come out sliced and partially frozen: not the case here! The reason for 4 stars? The sides. They were pretty underwhelming. I'm not a Korean food expert, but everything we tried just wasn't as good as other Korean places we've been to. The spicy cucumber salad, seaweed salad, assorted veggies, and grilled corn were all kind of underwhelming. We will likely come back at some point as the meat was awesome and we want to try some seafood next time, so definitely looking forward to trying some different sides and open to adding a fifth star to this review!

This was the best kbbq restaurant I've had in Washington (definitely top 3 overall). I enjoyed every meat that we ordered and I loved that they offered ribeye(my favorite). The presentation of their food was amazing and every meat seemed like great quality (far exceeded my expectations for an AYCE restaurant). I definitely think the prices are reasonable. Their side dishes (kimchi, salad, japchae, and pickled daikon) were all so so so good. The service was amazing- the waiter came back to ask if we wanted to order anything else many times and they changed our grill when they noticed it was getting burnt. The restaurant looks modern and clean. I'm looking forward to coming back here again

Located in a Perry, comfy & nice outdoor mall area. Location is amazing, so many dessert and drink places around It matters because wait is a lot time. We got there around 12:40 and waited until around 1:30. There is a tablet for check in at the counter through Yelp For kids, pricing depends on their height There are a lot of side dishes/ not bbq items included in the $45 AYCE like the typical daikon, lettuce, kimchi etc (no potato salad).... But there are also cute personal sized cheese fondue and cheese corn!! Corn on the cob, steamed eggs, fried dumpling... The cheese corn had a peppery taste and the fondue didn't have much taste so those are passes for me... Their fermented soy bean paste also tasted too sweet ... Meat wise though they all tasted super fresh!! I don't even know what to say except they taste so fresh and delicious!!! Highly recommended

First off let me say this... yes this place is pricey but please remember... THEIR MEATS ARE TOP NOTCH QUALITY, THEIR SERVICE IS SUPERB, AND I MEAN IT IS TRULY UNLIMITED BOTTOMLESS COPIUS AMOUNTS OF FOOD!! My wife and I absolutely love Seoul Meat and try to save it for date nights because the price tag is high haha. And if you don't know they will give you jalapeños, sesame oil, and good salt IF YOU ASK FOR IT. It's one of those IYKYK Their marinated top blade, pork belly, and marinated short ribs are my favs! I pretty much order all their sides as well. My only asks of their menu is that they have Fish cake, and daikon part of their sides because I love it with my KBBBQ. So just try it at least once. But once you do remember all the things I've mentioned here. This place DONT MISS!

Haven't been to Totem Lake since all of the new construction. This gem of a new restaurant is tucked down by the theater building. This is an AYCE Korean BBQ restaurant. What makes it stand apart from others is the level of service and the quality of the banchan and fresh meats that are served. The staff are so attentive and are always checking to see if you are ready for your next order of meat and side dishes (banchan). Quite frankly, the best level of service for any restaurant that I've been to recently. The side dishes were on point for all of the standard Korean meals and BBQ places, from kimchees, cheese corn, pickled vegetables, tofu soups, etc. The list goes on and on. But you come to a AYCE BBQ, so the focus is always on the meats! The quality is fantastic. The beef dishes had amazing marbling. From the brisket, pork and beef belly, kalbi, bulgogi (beef and pork), beef tongue, and so on... We were seated right next to the kitchen where they were slicing up the meats as the orders were made. We came on a Friday night, and boy were they busy and hustling. I haven't been this full in a long time. We'll have to come back to try more of the other meats that are offered on the menu. My suggestion is to come in a little earlier in the evening. By about 6 pm, it was packed with a line out the door.

My fav KBBQ in town for sure now. Love the ambiance and also the service was immaculate. They're so attentive to change the grill for us. At other KBBQ, we always had to ask the servers to change it but not here! As for food, the meat quality was really good for $45 AYCE with a bunch of selections on meat cuts and side dishes (steamed egg, soup, etc.) Highly recommend!

Just revisited this place during lunchtime and had a much better experience compared to last time. The lunch menu lacks many steak options available on the dinner menu, but I was satisfied without them. The steamed eggs tasted much better this time and were not as salty as before. Overall, everything tasted better, and the bulgogi was my favorite meat on the lunch menu. I had to request butter each time they changed the grill to prevent the non-marinated meat from sticking to it. While this visit may not fully represent the true quality of service due to the lesser lunchtime crowd compared to dinner, we still received significantly improved service after the house became full compared to last time. They also had a completely different crew this time. They promptly refilled our water, took our empty plates away and changed our grill. Our orders came out almost instantly. All the servers were attentive this time. They didn't make us wait to order for the next round or intentionally ignore us. In fact, all three servers working that day checked with us at three different times to ensure we didn't want to order more meat after we asked for the check. The environment was still very loud; I couldn't hear what other people were saying and had to raise my voice to talk to those sitting in front of me. There was almost no smell on my clothes afterward, thanks to good ventilation.

Finally got a chance to try this place out and I'm so upset I waited this long! We came in on a Wednesday afternoon just after lunch hours ended, so we didn't get to try the lunch special but the dinner price is not bad at all for quality meats and great service! The menu is quite simple - one option of all you can eat (AYCE) and you get 1.5 hours at your table. Each round allows for 3 protein options (meat and/or seafood) and unlimited side dishes, including kimchi, japchae noodles, and steamed egg! The only thing I was missing is big lettuce, for wraps but they do have the daikon wraps. I can't wait to come back!

Starved all day to have room for AYCE. The quality and extensive selection of meats for $45 is a really good value, there are also lots of sides to choose from, from your typical kimchi to corn cheese to french fries, steam egg and tofu soup are also options. The only thing that's limited 1 per table are ribeye and beef chuck which it's a straight up a full steak that you slap on your grill, don't need any more. The kalbi beef intially seems a bit thick, but once cooked and cut up, it was my favorite, super flavorful and the right amount of fat in it. There's so many different seasoned pork belly; green tea, curry, truffle, etc. You can order up to 3 meat at once, try to go with maybe 3-4 people so you can try more variety. The restaurant is pretty ventilated, did not smell like a bonfire at all afterwards. It's located in the Totem Lake shopping area right next to the Cinemark behind the Salt & Straw. I would definitely come back, it's good if you're on a high protein and low carb diet. It's almost lunch time as I'm writing this review and I'm drooling thinking about how delicious the meal was last night. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)
